Brake Master Cylinder problems of the 2016 GMC Sierra

Tl-the contact owns a 2016 GMC Sierra denali. The contact stated while depressing the brake pedal, the brakes travel to the floorboard causing the vehicle to unable to stop. The contact mentioned that the emergency brake was operated to stop the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to ferguson Buick GMC 1015 n interstate dr, norman, ok 73069 405-561-4775 where they informed the contact that the vehicle was not able to be duplicate. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed master cylinder, abs pump and the sensor for the vacuum pump needed to be repaired. The vehicle was repaired however, the failure recurred a week later. The vehicle was taken to ferguson Buick GMC 1015 n interstate dr, norman, ok 73069 405-561-4775 where it was diagnosed that the vacuum pump and abs pump needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired but the failure persisted. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 1,500. Ak.
