: the contact stated the speedometer displayed an incorrect reading up to 10 mph more than the driven speed. The vehicle was seen by a dealer, who determined this was due to the oversized tires on the vehicle which affected the overall telemetry. The vehicle was sent to an independent repair shop and an after market hyper-tech computer chip was installed to override the computerized telemetry of the vehicle. Updated 05/30/06.
