Driving on a rural road in extreme cold. Approx 20 mi / hr. Gas pedal stuck to floor. Threw truck in neutral to slow down & by hand reached down to lift the accelerator from the floor. Incident did not happen again that day. Took to dealership & was told that a new accelerator would be installed.
