Air Bag Not Deploy problems of the 2014 GMC Sierra 1500

Tl- the contact owned a 2014 GMC Sierra 1500. The contact stated that while at a stop light, another vehicle crashed into the drive side door and cave in the door driving at 60 mph. The driver rear and front window was blowing out. The air bag failed to deploy, as a result, the contact sustained a cut to her left leg, shoulder and back injuries that required medical attention.
