The contact stated that upon picking up the vehicle from the dealer, while driving 80 mph, the failure recurred. The contact was able to pull to the side of the road. The vehicle was towed to the dealer to be diagnosed. The vehicle was not yet repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure, but no assistance was provided. The failure mileage was approximately 39,400.
