Automatic Transmission Control Module problems of the 2024 GMC Sierra 1500

The contact owns a 2024 GMC Sierra 1500. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle shuddered and hesitated, and the transmission was slipping. No warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where it was diagnosed, and dtc: p2818 “pressure control solenoid h was stuck and the transmission control module (tcm) valve body”. The contact was informed that the part needed to be replaced. The dealer informed the contact to stop driving the vehicle. The vehicle was repaired. The contact stated that months later, the failure reoccurred while driving at an undisclosed speed, and the vehicle shuddered and hesitated, and the transmission started slipping. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer, where it was diagnosed and determined that the torque converter needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired, but three months later, the failure reoccurred, and the rpm started fluctuating. The contact called the dealer; however, the vehicle was not inspected or repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 3,000.
