The contact owns a 1999 GMC Sierra 1500. While driving approximately 10 mph, the brake pedal was depressed into the floorboard abnormally. The contact inspected the vehicle and noticed that the brake lines were leaking. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and advised that there were no recalls for the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The approximate failure mileage was 68,000.
