1 Air Bag Not Deploy problem of the 2006 GMC Sierra 3500

Failure Date: 08/20/2015

Involved in accident, vehicle driven into rear of pick-up and u-haul trailer on highway 50 canyon city,CO ,left front side of GMC 3500 destroyed along with hood area and the airbags did not deploy. Driver had to be cut out of Gmc3500. GMC totaled driver suffered broken neck. Photos obtained but not able to upload.

2 Air Bag Not Deploy problem of the 2013 GMC Sierra 3500

Failure Date: 07/31/2014

Collision with a deer passenger front bumper . Caused significant damage to that area of the truck , no passenger in the truck with me . Upon impact set off one of the airbags but did not deploy ! so the chemical explosion that expels the airbag happened but no airbag came out . My airbag did not deploy either.

3 Air Bag Not Deploy problem of the 2003 GMC Sierra 3500

Failure Date: 02/09/2006

: the contact stated while driving at 35 mph, the vehicle was involved in a crash. The vehicle was hit on the driver's side rear quarter panel by another vehicle. After the vehicle was struck, it flipped upside down. The contact was buckled in the driver's seat. However, the seat belt did not retract and hold the contact in the seat and the air bags did not deploy. The contact's head hit the passenger door window at such force the window shattered and broke. The contact's head was lying outside the vehicle on the asphalt. After the initial impact, the contact released the seat belt and climbed out of the vehicle. Injuries to the head and neck were sustained. The police filed a report at the scene. The insurance company did an assessment of the vehicle and deemed it totaled. Updated 03/03/06.

4 Air Bag Not Deploy problem of the 2001 GMC Sierra 3500

Failure Date: 12/12/2004

While driving, the consumer was involved in a head on collision while going around a winding road. Subsequently, the air bag did not deploy. The consumer was driving 35 mph. Please provide any further information.
