Three problems related to fuel injection have been reported for the 1997 GMC Suburban. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Ongoing problems with the fuel injection system causing the engine to hesitate and exhibit poor acceleration, dealer replaced fuel filter, fuel pump driver module, fuel injection pump, and added fuel conditioner.
Intermittently vehicle will stall out and die without warning. Dealer has inspected and repaired vehicle; however, problem still exists.
The vehicle has a fuel injection problem causing the vehicle to hesitate upon acceleration or accelerate suddenly on its own, the dealer has replaced the injection pump seberal times. Nlm.
