One problem related to front seat belt anchorage has been reported for the 1999 GMC Suburban. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Middle driver's side seatbelts are not bolted to the floor there just in a plastic enclosure by the seat which is not being bolted, causing seat to become unrestrained, and child was thrown off the seat.
