Two problems related to front seat power adjust have been reported for the 1996 GMC Yukon. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
While driving and hitting a bump in the road electrical seat disconnected and fell to the floor. Dealership was notified, but did not resolve the problem.
Driver's power seat is loose due to seat riser failure.
