Two problems related to windshield wiper/washer motor have been reported for the 1997 GMC Yukon. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Windshield wipers don't work sometimes. Switch is operative as is motor. Electrical shop wants to "search down a potential short" they have seen several Yukons with this problem and 1996 Yukons were recalled for this problem.
The consumer has experienced problems with the winshield wipers.
