general problems of the 1998 GMC Yukon

Two problems related to suspension have been reported for the 1998 GMC Yukon. The most recently reported issues are listed below.

1 Suspension problem

Failure Date: 06/01/2004

Consumer complained about a steering problem. There was a lost of motion in the steering wheel and it was loose. The vehicle was very unstable when driving at high speeds. The vehicle would veer into oncoming lanes and or in traffic with no warning.

2 Suspension problem

Failure Date: 09/01/2000

The drive shaft has to be taken in and dropped to put grease in it .
