Gasoline Engine problems of the 1999 GMC Yukon

Two problems related to gasoline engine have been reported for the 1999 GMC Yukon. The most recently reported issues are listed below.

1 Gasoline Engine problem

Failure Date: 06/11/2001

Engine was sluggish, and it jerked hard when changing over. Consumer assumed that sound was because of v8 engine. Delaer stated motor was shot, but consumer was waiting for a written diagnosis.

2 Gasoline Engine problem

When driving at 20-25 mph engine will cut off without prior warning, which causes loss of all power. Consumer has contacted dealer, fuel filler was replaced. However, problem still occurs. Please provide any further details.
