Two problems related to steering wheel have been reported for the 1999 GMC Yukon. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Purchased a vehicle from dealer and steering was never fixed. Then purchased a extended warranty ,and it was never honored! I exit the warranty ,and was not send money back. The company made excuses, and didn't respond after repeated request and letters.
Extreme vibration in steering wheel & through out vehicle at speeds of 60+. Gm is aware of this problem but does not offer a fix! I possess over 90 consumer complaints regarding this issue.
