Two problems related to tank assembly have been reported for the 1999 GMC Yukon. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Fuel tank leak from top of tank. After filling tank (not topped off), gas began pouring out from under vehicle. Tank had to be replaced (nearest dealer was 30 miles away) mechanic believed leak caused by defective tank.
Vehicle was leaking gas from rear when parked and turned off. Dealer has seen vehicle 3 times, but still no solution.
