Drivers side power window will not go up and down. The mechanism broke and the window slowly opens as I am driving. This same problem has happened to two other owners of a GMC Yukon xl that I know.
Three windows wouldn't go down. The electric motors were bad. The dealership stated that they have seen this problem occur with this make/model a lot and was a common problem for GMC dealers. The only window that does work is where the motor had been replaced by a previous owner. The consumer's vehicle will not pass the state inspection due to this issue.
