Vehicle just stalls without warning. Engine shuts down with no codes on dash or in memory. Will restart after 4-5 minutes but will stall intermittently afterward.
The contact owns a 2002 GMC Yukon denali. The contact stated while driving approximately 15 mph, the brakes were depressed and the vehicle failed to slow down until the brake pedal was applied repeatedly. The contact stated that prior to the failure while shifting from park into reverse, the pedal traveled to the floorboard upon engagement. The technician informed the contact that the entire brake and fuel lines were severely corroded. The vehicle was in the process of being repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the problem. The approximate failure mileage was 135,000.
