The rubber boot that holds the grease in on the lower & upper ball joints on both left & right side have blown out.
While driving 12 mph drivers side upper ball joint collasped which caused the driver to lose control of the vehicle and hit a sign pole head on. The consumer had the vehicle towed to the dealership for repairs.
