The contact owns a 2006 GMC Yukon denali. While driving approximately 35 mph, the contact crashed into a telephone pole, it broke and fell on the roof of the vehicle. The dealer is trying to order parts and the roof skin; however, the gm manufacturer does not have it in stock and doesn't know when the parts will be available.
