2007 GMC Yukon. Consumer writes in regards to issues with the rear window defroster. The consumer stated the rear defroster tabs would detach from the window every winter. The consumer went to the dealer several times, to have the issue fixed. The first time, they soldered the terminal back on at a cost of $ 29. 95. The second time it happened they replaced the entire rear window because it couldn't be soldered back on. The third time, they replaced the entire window again. The dealer the sent the consumer to a glass company, where they epoxyed the tabs back onto the window. However, within a week the tabs fell off again. Another local glass company was recommended and that company re-attached the tabs, and shortly thereafter, the tabs fell off again.
