general problems of the 2010 GMC Yukon

As we are driving down the interstate our Yukon loses all power, engine turns off, stability control message comes up, tire pressure sensor message comes up. We pulled over to the side of the road and try refiring the engine. It feels like the engine is about to jump out from under the hood. We turn it off and wait about 5 minutes.
