Front Seat Heater/cooler problems of the 2016 GMC Yukon

Tl- the contact owns a 2016 GMC Yukon. The contact stated the heaters on the front driver side seat was not heating up properly. The vehicle was taken to local dealer rhoden GMC and was unable to duplicate the failure. The contact stated on 2019, she was unable to eject the cd from the radio.
