Seats problem #1

There has been 3 different incidents. First incident I was going 45mph merging into 5 lanes of traffic when the back of my driver seat randomly layed down flat and stayed there. I had to get off an exit, get out pull up on front of seat and then it layed back up. 2nd incident I was going about 40mph it folded completely forward and pinned me against the steeling wheel. I had to stop immediately in the middle of the road put my 4 ways on and wiggle and slide out of the car started pulling up on front of seat and was finally able to put it back in place. The 3rd time I was going 20 mph it folded completely forward and pinned against. Had to stop in the middle of the road again pull up on front of seat. The lumbar setting randomly comes and goes while driving down the road. Took it the garage to be looked at. They weren’t able to figure out why it’s doing what it’s doing but the only option they had was to unplug the module for safety reasons.

Seats problem #2

The steel bar could be felt through the lower lumbar area. Seat back also moved out of position while driving and I was told the bar inside the back came out of place.

Seats problem #3

The drivers seat broke and front airbags did not deploy. The seat broke during rear end collision which pushed the seat back so I was no longer able to reach steering wheel or brakes to stop. Went thru on coming traffic to end up on wrong side of road in ditch. Police inspection, insurance inspections, auto repair inspection no warnings.

Seats problem #4

My brakes get hard when driving in slow traffic. And sterring wheel gets stiff when pressed during turning corners or turns.

Seats problem #5

My vehicle transmission went out motor mounds went out and seat stopped working at condensor went out. And a few other things. SUV is a 2017 we have already spent over 11,000 in 2 years fixing it now the ac is 2400 to get fixed.

Seats problem #6

The brake pedal is severely closer than the accelerator from the driver. When trying to stop quickly, the driver has to lift foot substantially to shift over to apply pressure to the brake. This is extremely dangerous and terribly uncomfortable. The foot pedals, even with the adjustments, are too close to the driver.
