The contact owns a 2000 Honda Accord. After the vehicle was started, the air bag and service engine indicators illuminated on the instrument panel. The vehicle was driven to the dealer and they performed a diagnostic, but found no defects. Immediately following, the contact noticed that the cooling fan would remain activated for long periods of time after the vehicle was turned off. She also stated that she could only place half a tank of gasoline in the vehicle. The vehicle would stall when it had a full tank of fuel. The vehicle was driven to the dealer a second time for a diagnostic and no defects were found. The cause of the failures have not been determined. The manufacturer has not been notified and the vehicle has not been repaired. The current mileage was 199,259 and failure mileage was 180,000.
Accelerator pedal stuck when my car was cold. The second time it happen is was parrallel parking, the car was cold and the pedal stuck on open throttle.
