Defective 2003 Honda Accord, vehicle suddenly accelerated while foot was on the brake. While pulling into a parking space with her foot on the brake, the consumer's vehicle accelerated suddenly and collided with a tree. The air bag deployed injuring the consumer's left jaw. The passengers side front end was wrapped around the tree.
