Pressure was applied to the brake pedal and it was followed by stuttering. While traveling 45 mph or greater the failure occurred. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer for inspection. The failure was contributed to warped rotors. The technician turned the front rotors and a replaced the front disc pads. The vehicle was taken back to a authorized dealer after the service repair was performed due to installation of the incorrect disc pads. The failure mileage was 25,500 and the current mileage was 25,800.
