The contact owns a 2006 Honda Accord. While driving between 65-70 mph, the lower front driver's side ball joint failed and caused the axle to detach from the vehicle. The vehicle was towed to a dealer and they stated that the ball joint and axle damage was not due to normal wear and tear. The manufacturer will not cover the repair cost.
