The contact owns a 2006 Honda Accord. The contact stated while driving approximately 15 mph the front end of the vehicle fell on the ground causing the brakes and the steering knuckle to fail. The passenger side front wheel also separated. The vehicle was towed to the dealer who inspected it, confirmed that the front axle was broken and the lower ball joint separated. The manufacturer would not offer any assistance with the repairs because they stated the failure was caused by driver error. The vehicle was not repaired. The VIN was not available.
