Having transmission issues. It does not shift into gears smoothly when decelerating or letting off the gas. It jerks especially when decelerating about 25 mph and 35 mph. Could become a safety hazard when it sticks to gears.

I have a 2007 Honda Accord v6 inside the door it says it was manifacture on Aug 2006 and I bought it that year in septmeber. What it happing is the transmission is doing all the signs of the 2003-2006 recalls of the transmision. The high pitch noise and it wont go into 3rd gear. I also sometimes drop right in to the first gear. I have since stop driving it. I was on the freeway in the carpool lane during commute time with my children when it decided to go out of gear. It is at 90000 miles right now and I have done all the maintance on it and it is just went out of commition. I called Honda and they told me tlhat there is no recalls for the 2007. I think they need to investaget this to see if some of the 07 Accords fall under the recalll list. I paid 40000 for this veichele and still have 6 paymets left on it. Pleasd do something about this. I am single parent and have no tranportoinm,.
Backing into my parking spot at work I inadvertently turned the engine off while the car was in reverse. I removed my foot from the brake and the car rolled forward, across the driveway. I was told, by the dealer and american Honda, that this was normal - that the car goes into "neutral" when the ignition is off and I should put the car in park (duh!). This seems a serious safety risk should a child or anyone put a car (I tested this with my 2006 Volvo s60, as well) in gear, it will not gear-lock.
Does not stay in third gear; pops out. Dealer replaced transmission fluid which did not fix the problem Honda corp apparently says they are working on a solution but this will not be ready for at least a month. My car is now sitting at the dealers. It is unsafe to drive.
