The contact stated that while her daughter was driving 25 mph, there was an abnormal knocking sound coming from the engine compartment, and the vehicle started to vibrate, and almost stalled. The contact was informed that there were two engine cylinders that were inoperable, and that the engine needed to be disassembled for additional diagnostic testing.
