Tl the contact owns a 2016 Honda Accord. The contact stated that the rear of the vehicle pulled in one direction while driving 30 mph. There were no warning indicators illuminated before the failure. The contact took the vehicle to gardena Honda (15541 s western Ave, gardena, CA 90249, (310) 660-7289) for diagnostic testing and repairs. Honda advised the contact that the vehicle needed a swaybar replacement; however, the part would have to be purchased aftermarket. The service manager at Honda advised the contact that a tire alignment and a wheel bearing were needed. The contact spoke with the manufacturer and was informed to drop the vehicle off and get a third wheel alignment performed. The VIN was unknown. The failure mileage was 23,000.
