Hello, good morning, I want to make a complaint, I don't know if you can help me. What happened to my car was that I bought it at a major world dealership in long island city, which they told me that the car did not have an accident or total loss report, which turns out to be a lie after a few months with the car. I noticed that the car has total damage. Hey, it even has part from another vehicle. I've tried to get him to help me, but he says it doesn't have to do with the car anymore. They also charged me a guarantee of 3,000 dollars and they do not want to cover what the vehicle has in conclusion; the car has a destabilizing rear rubber, the part of the trunk enters the water, the doors on the left side do not belong to the same VIN number of the vehicle and a no number of thing. Please, I ask you to help me since I am a young latino immigrant who wants to get ahead in the united states. Right now I am using the vehicle because I don't have to go to work.
Vehicle makes a mild to moderate noise from the front wheel when traveling at low speed. The noise can be characterized as something rubbing together. It should like metal on metal. I just purchased this vehicle two weeks ago. I took it to Honda. They claimed it was the rear pads and rotors. I still hear it and after a google search I noticed hundreds more people who bought 2016-17 models are affected with no fixes or acknowledge by Honda. I'm concerned about the safety. I don't know what else to do. Thank you.
My vehicles cruse control, lane departure, collision warning and lane assist completely stopped working after being parked (stationary) in my driveway, vehicle has always had problems with front suspension since new and become unstable with braking hard if another driver cut me off having to apply brakes or when applying brakes down hill. . Vehicle was taken to deal for front suspension but never fixed after multiple attempts under warranty. . The latest issue with driver safety system is a manufacturers failure as these are features supposedly to prevent accidents and so fourth on public roads and highways. My vehicle is just over 4 years old and maintained and serviced to manufactures specification. In researching thru the web I found Honda owners having this same issue with their vehicle. I believe Honda should recall and fix these problems on their vehicles computer / software or sensors for public safety. Part of the weather door window stripping is also deteriorating.
Issue 1: led strip on front headlight defective. Had two defective headlight led strips go out on my vehicle. Issue 2: chasis making squeaking sound when driving less than 5 mph driving on incline.
I was driving my car under 25 mph on local road when the car suddenly accelerated and went off road causing sever damage to both wheels and undercarriage.
Honda Accord v6 I have a 2011 and 2016 Accord v6. . . When the road is wet (rain or light snow) or significant wind, the cars are all over the road, when I have brought the cars back to the Honda dealership, they say the alignment is off, charge me for realignment, and say I am all set. 4 or more times back with cars I have bought new, and every time I am traveling over 65 mph I feel I could crash at any time. The dealership acts like I am crazy. When I do net searches it seems all other owners have been silenced. Anyone else having this problem? I drive tons of miles and know cars pretty well.
Car was purchased brand new from dealership in fort smith, ar. Upon inspection 10 days after purchase. (miles: 502) vehicle undercarriage and suspension had significant rust and oxidization damage. In this region of the united states- rust is very uncommon if not ever present, much less, on a brand new vehicle. After numerous attempts to work with american Honda and the local dealership, they claim to have exhausted all efforts and have done all "repairs" they intend to do. The work done was only surface removal and since then, a rear oil leak has developed and the back seat door panels have separated from the body of the vehicle. Let it be known that I have been without a vehicle since the beginning of this process, June 3, 2016. This is unacceptable and unbelievable that a brand new vehicle has this extent of rust damage. I am a mechanic with over 40 years of experience and have never seen this type of damage on a vehicle, let alone a new purchase. If I would have known this would even be an issue, I would have inspected the vehicle before purchase. Because of it being a new vehicle, who would have expected this problem from a trusted vehicle brand such as Honda?! I have made sure to document this thoroughly and have more than 70 photos for your review. Please contact me anytime for those or any additional documentation you might need.
Lately, I decided not to drive my 2016 Honda Accord on the highway for safety precaution until the Honda dealership does something about my car. I don't have full control of steering wheel about 40 mph. I took back four times, the dealership mechanic saw nothing wrong. I know it is steering issue. One would have to drive the car for a while to encounter the problem that am having with it. I will take it back after the holiday for a replacement. One way or another I will not keep on driving a car which represents a safety issue for me and others. The problem is felt on both, the city street and the highway.
Lots of vibration when idle with brakes. Vibration felt in my foot and steering wheel. Took to dealership twice and they claim that is how Honda lx drive and other customers made same complaint. Too much vibration for a brand new car. It is not right for them to get away with these kinds of issue. Cannot enjoy new car experience due to this issue.
