The contact stated while starting the vehicle, the adaptive cruise control (acc), tpms, anti-theft system, braking system, and traction control warning lights illuminated, and the messages "collision mitigation braking system problem. See sealer", "road departure mitigation. See dealer" were displayed. The contact stated that the adaptive cruise control (acc) mode, the econ mode, and sport mode were inoperable. The contact stated that she turned off and restarted the vehicle, and attempted to reset the vehicle herself; however, the failure persisted. The dealer and the manufacturer were not notified of the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 88,697.

2 Lane Departure problem

Failure Date: 02/18/2022

The contact owns a 2018 Honda Accord. The contact stated while driving at 30 mph, the vehicle stalled inadvertently. The collision mitigation braking system, check engine, lane departure, brake warning lights and other unknown warning lights illuminated. The contact was able to restart the vehicle after several attempts and continued to drive. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the spark plugs needed to be replaced. The contact stated that the spark plugs were replaced; however, the warnings illuminated while driving hours later. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the injectors had failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and informed the contact that the vehicle could not be repaired under an unknown extended warranty as the VIN was not included. The failure mileage was approximately 52,000.

3 Lane Departure problem

Failure Date: 02/05/2019

Tl the contact owns a 2018 Honda Accord. While driving various speeds, the road terrain changed and the brake assist engaged, which caused the vehicle to stop abruptly. In addition, the lane assist feature was pulling the vehicle. The brake assist and lane assist warning indicators were illuminated. The dealer and manufacturer were not contacted. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The VIN was unknown. The failure mileage was 949.
