Blind Spot Detection problems of the 2019 Honda Accord

The automatic braking system will alert/engage when going down hills, despite there being no traffic in the road. The blindsplot warning will also alert when there is no traffic.

All warning lights come on and engine lags. Lights come on every time and lags about every 10th time driven.

All 10 adas lights are on the dashboard. Two different Hondas are saying the car is not coding and can’t find a problem. I search the internet and a lot of people are having the same problem with their 2018/2019 Honda Accords.

I was on the freeway going about 75mph, when suddenly, my vehicle's cmbs system activated and slowed down speed to 20mph approx. Without having any vehicles in front or near me. Luckily, the driver behind me was not following close and was able to avoid a collision by switching lanes. I have taken my vehicle to the dealer twice, but no one can find or duplicate the problem. Moreover, a couple of weeks ago, when I was switching lanes, toward the right, the left warning light and beeping noise came on. So far, I have recorded nine incidents when the vehicle slowed down on its own, and four of those were on the freeway. I was forced to deactivated all "safety" sensors while I am driving to avoid anymore incidents or accidents.
