3 Forward Collision Avoidance problem

Failure Date: 09/01/2019

The contact owns a 2019 Honda Accord. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the vehicle would independently slow down as the brake warning light would illuminate on the instrument panel. The vehicle would jerk upon depression of the accelerator after the failure occurred. The contact had not notified the dealer or the manufacturer of the failure.
