The contact owns a 2019 Honda Accord. The contact received notification of NHTSA campaign number: 23v858000 (fuel system, gasoline) however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The local dealer was contacted, and it was confirmed that the part was not yet available. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The contact had experienced the failure causing the check engine warning light to remain illuminated. The vehicle had also experienced shaking and vibrating while driving at various speeds and an excessive fuel consumption.
