When I stoped at a stop sign, my airbag deployed, knocking me unconscious. I proceeded to hit a tree going at an accelerated speed. I was airlifted by helicopter to a trama hospital. I had 3 fractured ribs, a broken sternum, and 4 broken bones in my lower back. I freceived a call back on the passenger side airbag. This accident was because of fraud from takata, and Honda. My car should've been recalled.

The technician deactivated the passenger side air bag as a temporary remedy. The part to do the repair was unavailable. The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The contact had not experienced a failure.
This involved a 3 car crash on the highway. The Civic was the last car to try to stop. The car did not have time to stop and since there was a concrete barrier on one side and traffic in other lanes, the car rear-ended the car in front of it. There was extensive damage to the front of the vehicle. The passenger side air bag deployed by the driver's side airbag did not. The driver experienced a great deal of chest pain.

Took vehicle to Honda dealer 11/14/2014 for airbag recall. They only replaced the passenger side airbag. "inspected driver airbag. Found is autoliv. Airbag is okay". Why would the driver's airbag not need replacing?? this bothers me greatly. Do you have a simple answer? (note: date above on item 2 is incorrect - could not fix).
While driving 40 mph speed control engaged. The consumer made attempt to disengage the system and the vehicle accelerated. This caused the driver to lose control and run into a ditch. Upon impact, the front air bags deployed, but not the side air bags. The consumer sustained a broken ankle, fractured hip joint, fractured pelvis and a collapsed left lung.
