The contact owns a 2009 Honda Civic. The contact stated while braking to come to a stop at a traffic light, the air bag warning light illuminated and the seat belt abnormally tightened, forcing her into the seat. The contact was unable to loosen the seat belt to removed it from around her. The dealer stated that the vehicle had previously been involved in a crash yet the contact stated she is the original owner and had not experienced a crash in the vehicle.
