Additionally, the contact stated that the vehicle was not engaging in the speed when accelerated. The contact notified an independent mechanic and was informed to have the vehicle diagnosed by a dealer. The vehicle was not diagnosed. The dealer nor the manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 49,000.
