1 Brake Electric Antilock problem

Failure Date: 04/24/2007

Vsa diagnostic trouble code. Vsa light comes on and off at will. Sometimes the vsa light is preceded by a loud banging noise when braking and turning. Car jerks and screeches. Vsa light goes off when restarting car. Dealership will only diagnose and work on under warranty if vsa light is on. After persistent visits to dealership, they were able to diagnose and order a part even though vsa light was off.

2 Brake Electric Antilock problem

Failure Date: 10/12/2005

The contact owns a 2005 Honda Cr-v. While driving 30 mph, the brake pedal extended to the floor when it was depressed. The vehicle stopped approximately 1 to 2 car lengths away from the original braking point. The failure has occurred four times. The vehicle was taken to a dealer three times, but they could not duplicate the failure. As of July 24, 2007, the failure still persists. The current mileage was 36,332 and failure mileage was 10.
