1 Brakes Failed problem

Failure Date: 01/15/2014

The contact owns a 2005 Honda Cr-v. While driving at approximately 20 mph, the vehicle veered independently to the right. The failure recurred multiple times. The vehicle was taking to an independent mechanic, and the torque steer needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. Also, while braking, the driver side rear brake failed. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where the anti lock braking system module was replaced. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 25,000.

2 Brakes Failed problem

Failure Date: 05/25/2006

Complete brake failure twice-- pedal to floor. Problem not identified because dealer could not duplicate failure. Car not repaired and still dangerous.
