Tailgate problems of the 2008 Honda CR-V

The tailgate and rear passenger side door will lock and cannot be unlocked. This has happened twice. The first time in November 2015 stayed locked for two days. The second time was December 19, 2015 and stayed locked for four hours. The dealership says cannot determine problem as by the time of appointment the doors had unlocked. The american Honda corp says can only be fixed if able to take vehicle to dealership while locked. The locking of doors occurs when stopping and getting ready to get out of vehicle. The actuator of the drivers door and passenger door have been changed, one covered by Honda, most recent I had to pay. Honda corp does not have info of possible problem fixed on other vehicles so I could tell dealership.
