I was trying to park my car backwards. My car suddenly accelerated and I couldn't control the spead of my car. I was also unable to stop my car.

As the driver was pulling into a parking space under 10 mph, the vehicle had a sudden acceleration. The driver had just removed his foot from the accelerator. At the time of the acceleration there was no contact with the brake or accelerator. The car did not respond as the brakes were applied and the vehicle struck a cement barrier. (there is a police report filed for inspection) the damage to the vehicle was $ 2,500. There was no other vehicle involved and no injuries reported.
