The contact stated while driving at various speeds, the brake pedal engaged independently as the abs warning light illuminated, causing the vehicle to stop independently. The contact attempted to release the brake pedal however, the brake pedal failed to release. The contact waited for a several minutes and the vehicle resumed normal operation.
