1 Front Seat Head Restraint problem

Failure Date: 03/09/2011

The front seat head restraints in the 2011 Honda Cr-v are tilted too far forward, resulting in severe neck strain followed by headaches. While Honda suggests positioning the seat tilted back, this does not alleviate the problem and results in a safety issue since my wife then has difficulty seeing over the hood and grasping the steering wheel. A re-design of the head restraint is required so it does not force the head forward and down.
