1 Mid/rear Seats Assembly problem

The contact owns a 2011 Honda Cr-v. The contact stated that the left and right rear seat head rests were defective. When he placed the child seat in the left and rear seats, he was unable to remove the head rest and the child seat could not securely lean against the seat; there was a large space between the child seat & vehicle seat. The contact called the manufacturer who sent instructions on how to remove the head rest but the contact was unable to do so.
