Fail To Accelerate problems of the 2012 Honda CR-V

Tl the contact owns a 2012 Honda Cr-v. While driving between 25-30 mph, the vehicle failed to accelerate and hesitated to move. When fuel was added, the vehicle would accelerate and drive normally.
