Radio/tape Cd Player problems of the 2016 Honda CR-V

Vehicle was driven to a restaurant, placed in park and turned off. It was turned onto accessory mode with the only radio playing. Within 10 minutes of the vehicle being in accessory mode, the touch screen turned black and the radio went silent. The dome lights came on when multiple attempts were made to turn accessory mode back on, but the touch screen and radio would not turn on. Attempts were made to start the vehicles engine, but were unsuccessful. The car was then jump started successfully. Several days later, the vehicle was taken to the dealership for testing. The battery was tested (4 year old original batter) and still had substantial life remaining. No other testing was completed.

There is a rattle noise coming from the review mirror part. I had the recall done on the radio rattle but this is something new. Everyone I talk to has a rattle I'm hoping you do a recall on this so it can be fixed.
