The contact owns a 2016 Honda Cr-v. While driving approximatley 40 mph, the vehicle started to hesitate and lose power. The vehicle was taken to the dealer (north shore Honda located in glen head, NY), but the failure was unable to be duplicated. Several weeks later, while driving in stop and go traffic, the transmission suddenly failed and would not shift into gear. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer who replaced the valve body assembly. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 7,797.
